Hypno-Link is a registered NDIS Provider (NDIS Number 4050008908) servicing both, adults and children over 12 years of age residing in South Australia.  Our specialised counselling, therapy and skills development programs for NDIS participants and carers are available in English or Polish.

 

HYPNO-LINK SERVICES FOR NDIS PARTICIPANTS

Hypno-Link services are provided under the NDIS capacity building categories of Improved Daily Living Skills,  Innovative Community Participation and Lifestyle Transition

Hypno -Link offers services to assist with stress and anxiety management, confidence building, skill development, management of chronic health conditions, behavioural concerns and habits, such as smoking, nail biting, skin picking and so forth.

We offer training for confidence building and the development of effective interpersonal strategies in a variety of contexts and situations, including school, further education and learning, employment, interpersonal relations and social participation.

We are responsive and will answer all inquires, regardless of whether you or the person you support is the NDIS participant or still in a process of applying for NDIS.

As an NDIS participant you can access all services described on Hypno-Link website, providing your situation fits service specific eligibility criteria and match the NDIS categories in your service plan. Hypno-Link services available to NDIS participants include:

• specialised counselling,
• therapeutic skill development programs
• social skill programs with artistic explorations
• clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness and relaxation therapy

A SUMMARY OF SPECIALISED HYPNO-LINK PROGRAMS FOR NDIS PARTICIPANTS.

 

1. Individual Programs:  Specialised counselling and therapy

Specialised Individual Counselling and Therapy including Relaxation Therapy and / or Clinical Hypnotherapy, targeting

  1. Confidence Building & Management of Anxiety
  2. Chronic Health Conditions Management
  3. Undesirable Behaviours and Habits such as interrupted sleep patterns, emotional outbursts, rumination, smoking, selective eating habits, nail biting, skin picking, and so forth

 

These specialised programs are available to eligible NDIS participants. Length of program varies subject to situations, with a minimum of 12 sessions of 1-hour duration. For more information please also refer to the service section Mindfulness and Relaxation Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Individual Art of Friendship Program (for teenagers)

Individual Stress, Anxiety and Wellbeing Program – open to people of all ages

Both programs are very similar to their equivalent group programs (see information below), but individual programs have a greater scope to be more individualised to suit unique needs of participants. Each program is provided over 12 one-hour sessions. Please refer to group program information below for further details.

2. Therapeutic Counselling Croups

Please note that all Hypno-Link group programs are need based and subject to a minimum number of participants..  They may very over the time.

 

The Art of Friendship Program

a) For teenagers with high functional Autism. (Program A)

b) For teenagers with mild intellectual disabilities (Program B)

Informed by the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy this program facilitates personal growth and development of interpersonal skills and resources for social and emotional wellbeing. Minimum number of participants is 2 and maximum 3. The group runs for 1.5 hour for 12 sessions. If you would like to receive more information, please email us.

Stress, Anxiety & Wellbeing Program for NDIS participants.

This is a capacity building program, facilitating growth, personal acceptance and development of personal resources for the management of emotional wellbeing. Minimum number of participants is 2 and maximum 3. The group runs for 1.5 hours for 12 sessions (in school terms). If you would like to receive more information, please email us

NDIS2

 

Stress Management and Training for Carers

This program facilitates growth, personal acceptance and development of personal resources for stress management. It also explores strategies for emotional regulation for both participants and their carers. The participants will explore a wide variety of strategies for self-nurturing and supporting their emotional health. The program encourages an exploration of coping strategies in a friendly, mutually supportive environment.
Minimum number of participants is 3 and maximum 5. The groups are running for 1.5 hour for 12 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE:

Participants enrolled in individual and group programs who may require a personal assistance with toileting or mobility during the clinic based Hypno-Link session, are encouraged to attend with their support person.

Unless specified otherwise, and with the exception of most house and garden support services, the participants enrolling in Hypno-Link programs need to be able to focus on tasks and follow simple instructions.
